Delivery conditions

Our delivery usually takes place within 2–3 working days after receipt of the order. Your order will be delivered directly to your home by parcel post (PostPac Priority). Should there be any delays in exceptional cases, we will inform you in advance.

Shipping costs are included for deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by you as the buyer. The place of performance is the place of transfer to the Swiss Post. You bear the risk for the transport of the goods from the place of performance (GTC 3.2 Delivery and Place of Performance). Mediafabrik AG (vlà) reserves the right to choose other delivery methods.

We currently only deliver our articles to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Right of return for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Articles can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods to

As the buyer, you bear the costs of the return. Please ensure that the goods are well packaged and cannot be damaged during transport. We recommend that you send the return insured and traceable. Please keep the shipping receipt until the shipment has arrived at our premises.

The purchase price will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the unused goods, excluding shipping costs.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges.
