Delivery conditions

Our delivery usually takes 3-4 working days after receipt of your order. We deliver your order either by parcel post (Priority Pac) or by DHL directly to your home. If it should take longer, we will contact you in advance.

Shipping costs are included for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you as the buyer. The place of performance is the place of handover to Swiss Post or DHL. You bear the risk for the transportation of the goods from the place of performance (GTC 3.2. Delivery and place of performance). Mediafabrik AG (vlà) reserves the right to choose other delivery methods.

For the time being, we deliver our articles exclusively in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Right of return for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Items can be returned unused and in their original packaging to vlà c/o Mediafabrik AG, Tuggenerstrasse 3, 8008 Zurich within 14 days of receipt of the goods. As the buyer, you bear the costs of the return shipment. Please make sure that everything is well packed and cannot be damaged in transit! We recommend returning the goods insured and traceable. Please keep the receipt until we have received the shipment. The purchase price excluding shipping costs will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the unused goods.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges.
